My full day in Salzburg I spent exploring the Fortress of Salzburg. It‘s sitting on a hilltop overlooking the oldtown. The museum inside is great and it was interesting learning about the history of the fortress and the city. It also provides a great view over the city. In the evening I met some great people in the hostel, where I made plans for the next day with one of them.
