After riding all the way down to Bozen, now it was time again to ride up. While the path was nice, I didn‘t like the highway on one side and the main rode on the other, both very close. There were many castles along the way, unfortunately I didn’t have time to stop at any of them. This was quite a long day, as I didn‘t feel very strong and had to make lots of breaks. Eventually I did reach the town though. Spontaneously I even found a host on ‚warmshowers‘, so I could sleep on their couch for the night.
