I am spending an extra day in Ljubljana without any cycling. I really needed to buy sandals as I only had my cycling shoes and no flip flops or anything else. The cycling shoes unfortunately hurt a bit in some places so I don‘t want to walk around with them all day long. After I got that sorted, I could walk up to the castle and explore the inside and also enjoy the view from the very top. The rest of the day I just spent by walking around in the lovely streets of the city, occasionally getting something to drink or a snack and reading a bit on my e-reader.
