After a day of rain I had a bit of luck again and the weather was ok, just a bit cold. I decided to to as many kilometers in the better weather as possible as the outlook was not looking too good. Instead of going directly to Salzburg, I went a more scenic route with some beautiful lakes and mountains. I‘m always fascinated at the big change of scenery I can get so quickly on a bike, but also at the different types of tourism I do. One day I am cycling in the mountains with most people only driving by in a car, camping in a tent next to a lake, the next I am a city tourist among many others and sleeping in a hostel. I quite enjoy the diversity of days.
