Since I did a big distance the day before, I only had a small part to cycle today, allowing me to spend more time in Salzburg. Once in the city I had trouble finding a hostel bed, as apparently there is a festival going on nearby, so demand is high. Eventually I found a place for two nights, but I had to pay more than double the normal rate… After walking around in the city for a while, it started raining heavily, so I spent a lot of time in cafés. I am planning the final days of the tour, as it is not going to be for much longer.
